Promptness of response :  I filled in the enquiry form and within minutes received a telephone call as was reading the company resume on the internet. The price stated and the requirement discussed on the telephone were all good so the company were engaged and a date agreed for the inspection.
Quality of service :  The inspection had to be delayed due to a sudden hospitalisation of a of my wife and was cancelled and subsequently re-booked for 17 Feb 23.
Value for money :  The price of £450 is excellent and within the range of figures anticipated.
Professionalism :  I have yet to meet Peter Stokoe in person but we have communicated through e-mail, text and spoken on the phone and it has all been excellent.

Promptness of response :  I needed the inspection done quickly in order to meet our deadline for exchange and completion. I was lucky to get a cancellation spot and the inspection was done promptly.
Quality of service :  The inspection was performed quickly. I could have done with receiving the report a little faster, but this was very much my deadline and the time taken was not unreasonable - I was simply under pressure from others in the chain.
Value for money :  I am very happy with the price I paid.
Professionalism :  I didn't receive the report initially when the engineer said it had been sent, but I think this was due to an email problem as it arrived immediately once resent. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received and would happily use again and recommend to others.
