Professionalism :  Tom was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was in receipt of the report within 24 hours of the level 3 RICS survey being undertaken. Tom was excellent. Sent us a draft of a typical survey to show us what to expect. Made all the contacts with the vendor and arranged a date. Did a very thorough survey, even testing doors, windows, taps and toilets etc, then sent us a very detailed survey with recomendations and then talked us through it. Plus the survey was written up within two days rather than the 7-10 days which the larger commercial organisations promise. great survey and great personal service and at a lower price than we had been quoted elsewhere. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
