Promptness of response : Good and fast communication and replies to my calls and emails.
Quality of service : Exceptional quality. A first class surveyor with high technical skills.
Value for money : Although expensive and his actual quote was more than the quote provided via local surveyors direct, it was money well spent as the walkthrough survey was excellent indeed. Very useful. Very comprehensive.
Professionalism : Very honest and accurate information given to me at all times.

Promptness of response : I left a phone message for Iain and he got back to me very quickly.
Quality of service : Undoubtedly an excellent service. Iain carried out the survey as agreed and then met me at the property so we could walk around the property together looking at the issues that he'd discovered. I had the photographs by the end of that day. The survey I received later detailed all the points we had discussed and more - a very useful document.
Value for money : Iain charged a very fair price for the service he delivered. I wouldn't expect to pay him less for what he did.
Professionalism : From our first communication I knew that Iain was the surveyor for me. He is very 'can do' - unlike some of the others who I contacted who were unwilling to do a full survey because of the pandemic. Iain is a professional. He communicated in a way that I understood. I have utmost respect for him and would recommend his services to anyone looking for a building survey. I am very pleased that he did the survey for me.

Promptness of response : Iain Plant responded to my daughter the same day of her email and I then spoke with him the next day. I found his openness refreshing and helpful.
Quality of service : They have yet to undertake the survey.
Value for money : Again cannot comment until after survey but no reason to believe it will not be value for money.
