I have an (MA) in planning and regeneration, and a Diploma in Surveying. I have 15 years of experience working in the industry involving 3 years working as a planning officer at a local authority gaining extensive knowledge of the UK planning system, followed by 7 years of experience in the private sector. I have an Architectural designer who manages all stages of the design and provides high quality architectural drawings for planning and building regulations purposes. As a small company I offer a personalised service and good value. We will take care of the whole planning process from the initial survey, through to gaining the planning permission, obtaining building regulations approval and recommending builders.

As a formal local planning officer, I also have the required experience to deal with general Town Planning consultancy work, such as appeals and enforcement notices.
