Promptness of response :  Nick called round on the same day of my enquiry to assess what work needed doing.
Quality of service :  He then sent a colleague to carry out an EICR survey on the property. He followed that up by sending me a quotation the same night. He then contacted me to arrange an appointment for both men to carry out the necessary remedial work within 10 days.
Value for money :  The work was carried out exactly as specified & efficiently & professionally.
Professionalism :  He talked through with me all the work which needed doing, answering any queries I had. He contacted me both by phone & e-mail, within the timescales we agreed. He swiftly provided an estimate for the work provided. The work was carried out to a very high standard & quicker than I had originally anticipated. I received confirmation of payment for the work on the same day, together with the EICR certificate.
