Promptness of response :  Phoned the same day the advert was placed. Site visit soon after. Felt very confident.
Quality of service :  Follow up information was promised and some plans did materialise. I provided lots of detail - and this resulted in decent drawings - but always with a variety of changes needed.. We are now two months into the job - I have almost no Council progress to show for it (apart from a weaker bank balance), and it is quite frustrating. Responses to emails are very slow.
Value for money :  Cost money - for paperwork which has so far not been validated by the council, and so I have almost nothing to work on. Drawings were produced - and are almost there (I think) - but it's just taking way too long to respond. Don't understand. I don't think I am impatient.
Professionalism :  Promised a lot. Was pleasant. Good documentation of previous works. Decent basic paperwork for my job, though corrections just never get completed.

Nasir was very helpful and found us a good builder to complete our garage conversion. There was a bit of confusion towards to end where he'd had inspections, but out building regs document said no previous inspections were done. But after a long journey we were just happy to get the certificate.
