Value for money :  A sensible price, others seemed to pick figures out the sky or were 3 times the price obviously not wanting the work
Professionalism :  We have been helped through all the aspects of the planning process, it has all taken longer than expected but that was because of the need to get a flood risk assessment, we are very happy with service so far…
