Quality of service :  The person carrying out the survey was careful and thorough. However, the report took two weeks to be sent, although it was just a short letter. While this was the time indicated by the company for the report to be prepared, I felt that it was over long for such a short report.
Value for money :  As I have not had any previous experience in commissioning a survey such as this I cannot comment on the value for money. It seemed an expensive exercise, but this company was comparatively cheaper.

I expect report within the next few day . They offed a electronic report but I asked for a hard copy .I found the whole process very easy and constructive .
