Promptness of response :  I was unable to speak to Millers on the telephone. I had sent my telephone by email and asked that they call me, but this request was ignored. I did however have the electrical report carried out by them.
Quality of service :  The electrical engineer who carried out the survey was very good and , explained what I would need to bring my electrics up to a safe standard. I received the survey results promptly.
