Was *very late & didn't notify me even though it was obvious to them that they would be, I had to chase them which wasnt good at all & caused me some problems. But otherwise excellent. Very good explaining the survey in detail to me & answering questions. Nice friendly polite people all that i dealt with. Pity i couldnt give them a higher rating on this, if they'd just notified me it would have been 'strongly agree'.

Quality of service :  The surveyor provided incorrect information which resulted in several wasted days digging for drains which did not actually exist in the ground. The surveyor had sent his camera up our vertical soil pipe in error and even said how deep our drains were!?
Value for money :  The company refunded our cost to them but failed to compensate us for the significant error by their staff which left us out of pocket in various different ways.
Professionalism :  It was clear the company just wanted rid of the problem and made no effort to consider the impact of their mistake.
