Promptness of response :  MetroRod contacted me very promptly and explained fully how they charge and carry out their work. I was most impressed by their organisation and how quickly they understood my issues.
Quality of service :  Their team came on site and worked their way around the various difficulties that had prevented previous companies resolving our issues. Although it took a little longer than they had planned, their operatives were very thorough and explained each action, in detail, and finally got to the root of our drainage issue. I think our problem was a difficult one to solve, and I was very impressed by the team's motivation to get it resolved and their abilities in problem solving until they had the correct solution.
Value for money :  It is difficult to be exact about this because we did not get a competitive quote. However, I had expected to pay more to resolve our issues. As I said above, they were complex and I would certainly have paid more to have them fully resolved - from that point of view, I received very good value for money.
Professionalism :  Cannot speak more highly of their professional approach - both from an administrative and engagement perspective and from their on-site team. Excellent work all round and I am highly satisfied.
