Promptness of response :  Mike reached out to me very quickly with an accurate quote for the requested survey. He then spoke with me on the phone for about an hour talking me through what the survey in question would comprise of. He booked in with the sales agent to carry out the inspection within a week, and once the survey was complete spoke with me on the phone for another hour talking me through his findings and thoughts on the property. Once he had completed the document he sent me a copy on email and two hard copies through the post. Very in depth survey with recommendations on how to solve any issues founds with timescale of when it needs to be fixed and an estimate of cost.
