Promptness of response :  Visit 1: VERY prompt. Visit 2: A wait of several days
Quality of service :  Mark was friendly, very methodical, detailed and answered the questions I had ... but omitted to ask if we had 'renewables'. Hence visit 2 above. To be fair the panels are not visible from the space he was assessing but had PV/turbine/heat pump been mentioned visit 2 would not have been necessary. Additionally I have no previous experience of EPCs so it wasn't entirely clear to me what info was needed.
Value for money :  I believe he only applied a (reduced) charge for the 2nd visit because the system demanded it.
Professionalism :  I would 'agree' or 'strongly agree' had a 2nd visit not been necessary.

Promptness of response :  Mr Arnold returned my email very promptly and arranged to visit the next day.
Quality of service :  He was professional, polite and very helpful.
Value for money :  He was cheapest in our area at less than half the price the local estate agents were offering.
Professionalism :  He was efficient, made no mess or disruption and emailed me my report the same day. It was only 24 hours from instruction to receiving my report. I was very impressed.

The website is easy to use and gave a sensible list of possible suppliers. I made contact with a supplier very quickly, and would recommend the site. I contacted Mark by phone and was able to arrange an appointment very quickly. Although I didn't meet him face to face, his manner was both friendly and professional. He encouraged me to check his qualifications online, and carried out the EPC assessment at an agreed time. His report was emailed to me within hours and even before he had received payment!
