We carry out Building Surveys for clients wishing to purchase a domestic or commercial building. Domestic building surveys are conducted using the professional guidance “surveys of residential property 3rd edition” published by the RICS.
There are three levels of survey included in that guidance, but we will discuss with you as to which is most appropriate for the building you are planning to buy.
We cover Dorset, Somerset and parts of Devon.
We have expert knowledge concerning listed and historic buildings.

Value for money : His quote (for a homebuyer survey) was the lowest. He subsequently advised me I needed a full survey - which was also a reasonable price given the fact that this is a listed building. As well as his report Ian passed on a number of other documents relating to the history of the house and past renovations.
