We offer a combined Landlord PAT Test Certificate and Legionella Risk Assessment in Edinburgh, Lothians and central Scotland for a cost effective price of only £80. This can be for landlords, housing associations or letting agents. We also supply these services individually at a competitive price of only £50. All certificates are supplied in electronic PDF format and supplied the same day they are carried out.

We offer a combined PAT Test and domestic Legionella Risk Assessment in Edinburgh, Lothians and central Scotland in one easy cost effective appointment. We offer a cost reduction when these two services are taken together. If you only require one then we can still attend your property to carry that out at what we feel is still a very cost effective price.
All certificates are issued electronically same day. All prices are VAT free.
