Value for money :  I had a few quotes and Lothian Plans were by far the best. they advised me on costs up front including third party costs.
Professionalism :  I can say no more than I would definitely recommend Lothian Plans to anyone I knew looking for that service. I have not had any dealings with building warrants and Stephen explained everything, answering my numerous questions with patience and professionalism. Stephen made the whole process stress free.
