Quality of service :  He was polite & got on with the task in hand. Overhearing a Gas safety Check man say that I should have both carbon monoxide and smoke alarms in the flat. He offered to get some (new ones) from the van which were sold to me cheaper than retail price. Excellent.
Value for money :  He quoted a very fair rate - cheaper than the website.
Professionalism :  He rang back when he looked unlikely to make his appointment & arrangements was made for the following morning.
