• Unlike larger firms that do multiple surveys per day and have time constraints we only do one, YOURS! Allowing us more time to do a much more detailed inspection and report.

• The report has clear PHOTOS so you can easily follow along with the defects found.

• We offer a DRONE SURVEY to inspect hard-to-reach areas and identify hidden defects on the roof, chimneys and guttering. The PHOTOS will then be included in the report.

• We offer a phone call after you have read the report to discuss the findings. Your Surveyor will clarify issues and you can have your questions answered for your PEACE OF MIND.
