Promptness of response : Very quick call once I had submitted enquiry, really helpful and willing to assist. No pressure and we went back and booked our survey with Derek. Brilliant service
Quality of service : Appointment was made, emailed us to remind us of date, once completed again contacted us to advise all done and would send report in a couple of days. Call prior to sending over survey to go through findings.
