Quality of service :  Because of Covid restrictions and shielding, I was unable to use Lee's service for the electrical certificate for my tenant, even though he offered to come out very quickly.
Value for money :  Lee's quote seemed very reasonable.
Professionalism :  Lee was most professional in the short dealings I had with him, and even though I was not able to use him this time, he will be the contractor I will use in future.
