We have used Gus Lambert's services for a full structural building survey for a 3 bedroom semi-detached house. The detail of the survey was excellent and the turnaround very quick. The survey has been carried out within a few days after instructing, and a full detailed report has been sent to us two days later. It included a thorough description of the entire property and outside grounds and photographs, all totalling around 150 pages. After having had a chance to read through it, Gus spent more time going over the report on a phone call and explaining the condition. We will gladly use Gus's services again, and would definitely recommend to anyone needing peace of mind when buying a property.
