Promptness of response :  I cannot praise Chris enough for his response. He kindly came to inspect my trees on Easter Saturday 8th April when my boyfriend was here for a few days from Surrey which I was delighted about.
Quality of service :  I absolutely strongly agree that a good quality of service was given. He was absolutely great full of information which made my life much easier to employ a Tree Surgeon to his suggestions and gave me much more confidence in what I needed to do to please myself and my irritating neighbour.
Value for money :  Again Chris's fee was very acceptable for the time he spent discussing the various issues with my boyfriend and I and producing an excellent report. I have since contacted him with one or two issues and he is very approachable and willing to give me more advice. 10 out of 10 from me.
Professionalism :  Chris was Professional in every way. A great guy.
