Promptness of response :  I am very happy I decided to contact Karl regarding our issues and can recommend to anyone who is expecting full involvement and prompt replies to any questions. Karl was in constant contact with me while doing the job and afterwards. Honest and fair advises throughout the time that could not be expected from everyone. Karl is first on my contact list if anything else needs doing in the future.
Quality of service :  We needed EICR doing in the house we are buying. Karl has done the standard job but he has not ended on that. When we requested qoye for the job that needs to be done, Karl had kindly advised us what ade priorities, what can wait/does not put us in danger at the time and what should be done additionally if the circumstances were different. This helped us a lot to prioritise and budget which was essential taking into account all the other spend when buing a house .
Value for money :  Best price comparing to 4 other suppliers in the area. Also fairness if it goes about additional time/action cost.
Professionalism :  The only reason I say agree and not stronly agree is that even though Karl was professional in all their dealings, they didn't make me feel like a „number x" but as a person at any stage. Proffessional, but human.
