This was to provide drawings, facilitate building warrant and engage structural engineer having discovered significant failings in the integrity of a 60s build sun lounge. John was easy to work with and professionally overcame all the issues, guiding me through how to obtain the building warrant and relevant engineers report. Excellent service.
