I am a caring female designer, with over 25yrs experience (16yrs self employed as JMR architectural designs). I chose to specialize in residential design, as I understand how important our homes are to us; it’s the most expensive thing we’ll ever own. If the layout and size isn't what you and your family need, it can have a big affect on your home life. When your home is right, it makes us happy, and life easier.
I produce 4 designs options to start with, which you can choose parts from, or we develop one further. I’ll handle your planning application, and then produce Building Regulation drawings for the builders.
I’ve got over 20 yrs personal experience of hands-on DIY building work; so I understand how my designs are built, not just how they look.

Clients are available for personal feedback. Built designs are possible to be seen from the road in certain locations. More importantly, your design will be personal to you and you wont pay anything until you choose your design. Therefore you know you will be happy with the design before you pay anything.
