October 2014Promptness of response : Excellent service, an almost immediate reply to my first contact and we communicated via email to discuss my requirements and the advice I needed. It was decided that a planning application was the way forward, and within a very short time a site visit was arranged, plans drawn up and submitted to my district council. We are now awaiting their decision. Would happily recommend this company and especially the gentleman who helped us.
Quality of service :
Value for money : One would always like cost to be kept to a minimum but we feel that on this occasion we could have been charged a lot more - so we agree this was good value. However, should our planning application be rejected, we might be less happy - but truthfully that should not reflect on our advisor.
