Promptness of response : Was emailed by RICS assessor not long after sent email on comparison site with all information required. I completed the forms and sent back and assessor found time to complete the assessment in the same week. Excellent service.
Quality of service : Assessor was very informative of the process and his experience of doing his role and whilst completing his visit explained everything he was doing and why.
