We had an excellent experience getting IQS to complete our survey. My partner and I were chuffed with the service provided, both in terms of the speed it took to get our survey back and the quality and usability of the report when it was provided. The team were very easy to work with, give us clear and detailed instructions and advice around what we would need and also completed the work in a very quick timeframe (despite what we had been told from other about the timelines this work would take). I highly reccomend IQS, and have already reccomended their services to others purchasing a house in the area!
