Maria is an RIBA Chartered Architect with ten years of experience working in London architectural practices, designing everything from shopping centres and cafes to blocks of flats and single family homes. She is particularly well-versed in the nuances of the planning system, successfully gaining many planning, listed building and change of use consents.

In addition to practicing architecture, Maria is a Recognised Practitioner in Urban Design as well as a BREEAM and LEED Accredited Professional, reflecting her passion for well-integrated and sustainable design.

Having relocated to West Kent from London in 2018, Maria is now embracing the charm of a more rural life. She has spent her free time renovating her own home over the past two years, creating a family home to fit her new lifestyle. She loves exploring the southeast and its villages, taking in their architectural character and the local vernacular to integrate into her modern and efficient buildings.
