Ian Watson Surveying Services was formed in August 2009 by Chartered Building Surveyor Ian Watson who had previously worked with a number of Building Surveying Practices within the North East of England. Ian has gained experience mainly in the rural private sector on residential and small scale office and tourist / leisure developments.

Ian is able to assist clients from initial design stage, through Planning and Building Regulation Approvals to supervising and overseeing building works on site through to completion. Should you only require input and advice on an “ad-hoc” basis, then Ian is more than happy to assist as necessary.
