Promptness of response :  It was over a week before I managed to make contact, having left emails and messages.
Quality of service :  Communication was the main problem. He didn't respond to e-mails or phone calls. Always had to leave a message and wait for a call back. Not helpful when I needed to discuss elements of the case urgently to prepare for meetings. What was useful was that he could provide the survey within my tight timescale.
Value for money :  The survey was a perfunctory 'tick box' effort. Most of the comments on what I assume to be a standard form used for residential properties did not apply in this case. unfortunately I was not able to agree a mutually convenient time to meet him personally and had to delegate to a colleague who had no knowledge of what was needed and was purely present to give access.
Professionalism :  The communication issue was a problem for me. Also, whilst the site visit was within my timescale, the issue of the actual report was not and therefore I had to postpone other scheduled meetings for ten days to await the report. The invoice was paid within 2 hours of receipt. It turned out that the report had not been drafted so could not be sent when requested.

Value for money :  A bit more expensive than some other sources but less than SWW but would thoroughly recommend and use again if necessary.

The website operated satisfactorily I subsequently agreed a reasonable price and survey date with I Spy Tech, who performed a thorough and professional survey, going beyond that originally agreed and providing sound advice concerning possible insurance cover and the water board responsibility for shared drains. I am highly satisfied with whole process and am now in contact with the insurers, who initially have requested a copy of the I Spy report rather than performing another inspection.
