On personal visits he worked well with us, helping refine our thinking into a set of drawings which he then obtained planning approval for on our behalf as we are sited in the South Downs National Park. All stages were conducted smoothly and in the timescales agreed. We have subsequently commissioned one of the local builders who Mark was familiar with, and we are well on the way to having our extension successfully delivered.
