Promptness of response :  I telephoned James and we arranged a site visit very quickly.
Quality of service :  James Morris was very thorough and provided me with good quality email communications. He carried out a preliminary site visit and we discussed my requirements in detail. We initially agreed that he would provide me with some drawings to consider the options.
Value for money :  After discussing the requirements with the architects, I decided not to go ahead with the work. James was very understanding and did not charge me for the site visit. James's business model is to contract step by step with each step properly costed. His initial site visit is at his expense, with future work costed. I liked the clarity this brought to the process, and if, in future I decide to convert my property, it is highly likely I will use housExtend Ltd.
