Value for money :  The report was basic. It included things like ‘due to the main road, time should be added to your journey due to difficulties pulling out'. Really?! Is that the job of a surveyor, I don't think so. Nearly everything else wasn't far off what I was able to observe myself from a walk around. There were also no pictures taken to show what was being covered in the report, which I expected to see.
