Quality of service : Responded very promptly and sorted out issues. A couple of reports were not sent out initially but upon notifying Alfie, he was very apologetic and resolved within an hour. He did not try to cover up the oversight and phoned to check that I received them when he sent, by email.
Value for money : Hard to say, I was a bit shocked by the cost but he was able to deal with the issues the following day. I was not in a position to ask for quotes from others and was satisfied with the outcome. I trusted he billed the going rate.
