Quality of service :  According to the 9 page certificate that was sent to me by email after verification I was the landlord it seemed very accurate when compared to that of August 2018.

Its been more than 2 weeks now!! Further, getting in touch with him has been very difficult. Either the phone is dead or goes into voicemail. I left so many messages on voice mail to no avail! Having said that luckily I got thru to him last Tuesday, when he promised to email me the certificate. I am still waiting!! I also told him that I want to pay him his fees but cannot do that as he has not sent me any Invoice or details of where to transfer. Again he said he would email me. ...But no luck yet!!!
