I was in a rush as I had left the survey very late in the process. It consisted of 38 pages and numerous photographs. I cannot believe that the report was with me within 30 hours (next day) of the survey being completed, a truly 1st class service. This was money well spent as the offer I made on the property (12% reduction) was reflected in what was found in the Survey. The offer was accepted so I am very pleased.

Quality of service :  I had surveys in the past - this survey was the best. I was impressed with the detail of the report the colour pictures showing faults with the property even the smallest detail was not missed. It is a pity that i do not have another property to survey I would GS&S inspections again and again.
Value for money :  A survey report of this quality in my opinion is the best money can buy.
Professionalism :  the surveyor took time explaining what was to be carried out changed dates to suit myself and the seller of the property .
