Promptness of response :  I called Gregg having found his details on the site and was very impressed that he already knew who I was! Was able to give an indication of cost over the phone and an appointment was arranged very quickly
Quality of service :  We have a difficult property to survey - some areas being 600 years old!! And as a restaurant business, we had to get the survey completed in certain area prior to opening times - this was done by Gregg with a smile and no complaints
Value for money :  Gregg kept to his verbal quotation as promised and was, I believe good value for money
Professionalism :  Very professional - communicated all aspects well and kept in touch to confirm when the report would be completed.
