The Local Surveyors website worked well in providing details of local energy assessors. I was contacted by three energy assessors (two of them by telephone) shortly after making an enquiry. I was very pleased with having chosen Martin Anderson from Green Highland to carry out an EPC. He was very knowledgable and professional and explained everything thoroughly without me having to ask. His fee was very reasonable for the work done and distance to travel, and was the cheapest of three I enquired about.
