Promptness of response :  Tom Gooding sent me a detailed response to my initial information within 24 hours at a weekend and asked for further detail so that he could be sure his quote was accurate which I found very transparent and honest.
Quality of service :  All major areas of the building were covered and attention in particular paid to problem areas. I felt that no corners were cut at all in making sure that every aspect of the survey was covered in detail and we were kept up to date every step of the way.
Value for money :  My husband and I felt that, having spoken to friends and family who have had a similar level of survey undertaken by other providers, that Gooding Chartered Surveyors were exceptional in their level of service and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone who asked. We both felt that they had gone above and beyond to help us to understand the terminology and intricacies of the problems we may be facing with our period property renovation and spent significant time on a number of phone calls beyond their written report adding additional detail as well as helping us to determine whether the project was right for our particular circumstances.
Professionalism :  I found Tom's service to be highly professional, friendly and hugely informative. He and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process of our building survey and they did exactly what we needed.
