Quality of service :  I only required some information to begin with. The structural engineer I spoke with was very kind and gave me a lot of helpful advise. In the end we decided not the go through with the purchase, but if we had we would have definitely utilized his services. He seemed happy to have a chat and be helpful for free, whereas some other surveyors were quick to point out that they weren't being paid to chat with me on the phone!
