Promptness of response :  I received an email the same day - within a very short time of making the request. I phoned and spoke to Andrew, then sent an email asking for a visit.
Quality of service :  Andrew Coombes came to the house a week after initial contact made. Spent the whole day here listening and measuring - has given us a full report and some helpful guidelines.
Value for money :  Told us in advance what the fee would be - no hidden costs - has charged us what we expected.
Professionalism :  Andrew was friendly, kind and understanding but maintained a professional demeanour at all times. He did a thorough job and we have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

Quality of service :  Brian was here for over 4 hours surveying the dusputed boundary. He explained that he would be impartial and that we may not be happy with the outcome. We said we just wanted to boundary finally sorted and would accept if the boundary was in the wrong place.
Value for money :  The final report was well written, very professional.
Professionalism :  Brian has been very professional throughout. He has also been of great help while we have been dealing with the land registry. If anyone is looking for a genuine surveyor that knows what they are doing. Brian is highly recommended.

Promptness of response :  The supplier was extremely accommodating and managed to giggle his diary to provide a series on project milestones for us to work to in a timely manner. I was very please with the fast response and timetables.
Quality of service :  The supplier has been providing an excellent quality of service and has continued supporting my next steps with advise and help even though his part of the work is now complete. Very good.
Value for money :  We agreed a fixed fee for the project right at the start of the work. Having said that the case was slightly more involved than we first thought and yet the supplier has taken on the extra work without fuss. Money is clearly not his priority but doing a good job, thankfully, is!
Professionalism :  The supplier was extremely professional and represented his trade and RICS admirably.
