Promptness of response : I received a call within an hour form the team at Full Circuit. An appointment was made for electrician to visit and quote. Mark arrived at the appointed time and surveyed the work that needed doing. Thorough and good advice. Reasonable quote for the work.
Quality of service : We were expecting to have to some problems locating an electrician who was willing to carry out the work. It was a 'bitty' type job. The service was top quality. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Their guidance was welcome in achieving the best outcome for the new installation work.
Value for money : We think the work carried out at the quoted price was fair and affordable. We had a few additions to the original quote so expect the price to increase accordingly.
Professionalism : Very professional team, punctual, respectful and kind. Explained things clearly. Worked hard and cleaned up after themselves.
