Promptness of response :  Very quick to do survey.
Quality of service :  Listed loads of info even down to loose kitchen hinges ,leaky gutters ,loose tiles in bathroom etc etc etc most of which was not a problem to us but nice to know about really good survey would use again and recommend.
Value for money :  Paid less than I thought it would cost,good value for work done.
Professionalism :  Very helpful when spoken to over phone before and after survey.
