Quality of service :  The EPC reports were supposed to be uploaded by 15/06/2021, had to chase company numerous times after this date, they wanted the money before sending the epc for approval, this delayed the auction, then when they sent the approvals there were so many inaccuracies that the client questioned wether they had even been the properties, when asked about this Sam admitted that there were 10 properties he didnt go to and just did them as if he had as he felt the properties were similar.
Value for money :  Auction now delayed and 10 properties not even visited
Professionalism :  no, it was not professional to pretend to go to 10 properties and make up an EPC for them.

Quality of service :  Did not bring ID. Said I would get the report that day. When it didn't arrive and I chased him up,I was told his registration had expired and So i had to wait over the weekend while he sorted it out.
Value for money :  Standard price at £65, but it was above what was advertised at £55.
Professionalism :  I believe the lack of ID on the day he visited was because he knew his registration had expired. A lack of transparency and openness.

Quality of service :  once the actual surveyor got here all was very smooth. However Sam got the wrong postcode and sent the surveyor to another part of Bristol which meant that the actual survey had to take place on another day.
Value for money :  Yes I think it was good value for money in as much as this is a fairly cursory survey

Value for money :  They are not the cheapest available as they provide a flat fee regardless size of the property. However the service is great so it is worth that extra expense
