It's not often I'm driven to write reviews, but when you have such a great experience with somebody it's the absolute minimum you can do. Tommy is excellent! He came with great ideas, a clear vision and took our wish list to careful consideration when designing a new roof / loft suite for our house. His design was sympathetic to the style of house, fits incredibly well within the street and is non-intrusive, while also ticking off every single thing we'd asked for. Initial friendly telephone chat with Tommy was enough to convince me he would offer a 1st rate service - which he did . Tommy visited the site, was punctual, took measurements, photos and chatted freely about options. Initial drawings arrived on time and took into account recent changes to building regulations. Once I had a builder on board Tommy was happy to discuss the project, answer questions and options with the builder. Tommy also acted as my link with building regulations and provided me with a second set of drawings as the project changed slightly. Tommy always responded promptly to concerns and was a vital go between with building regulations to ensure the project could go ahead smoothly without me having to be involved in discussions out of my comfort zone.
