I had two complex situations on 2 separate properties which were both proving difficult to overcome. My appointed architect put me in touch with FJ Urban Planning Ltd. FJ specialises in working on complex cases which have refused planning by the council. I worked directly with Fidel and in one of my cases I was struggling to get approved for a 3-storey house with 2x rear extensions and an outer house. Fidel came on board and made a few tweaks here and there and was successful to have the council approve all areas of intending planned works. On my next property I wanted to change my residential home to a C3B Childrens Home. Given Fidel's success at gaining planning approval for me previously, I chose to work with him again and he was once again successful, and permission has been granted from the council to turn my home into a Children's Home business ages 8-17. I plan on using FJ Urban Planning in the very near future and I look forward to our long-lasting working relationship as ultimately every ambitious home improvement person want what they want and to build that vision and bring it to life.
