Promptness of response :  I spoke to Leon over the phone who was confident in answering my questions and talking me through the process of the report prior to booking the inspection. His team arrived on time and carried out the inspection as requested and followed up with a phone call to discuss their findings, we received a CD through the post which included the invoice, images, video footage and a detailed electronic report. My partners only feedback was that he felt the video footage and electronic document could have been delivered slightly faster had FTDS set up a shared drive and sent us a link to access the information we needed. Overall we are happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to FTDS again.
Professionalism :  My only interaction was with Leon over the phone but I can say I found him to be polite and professional.

I contacted Leon to organise a CCTV Drainage survey for a house that I am currently in the process of buying. He was quick and enthusiastic in his response and organised going to the property within the same week as me asking him about the job. I was kept well informed about the progress of the survey and sent the report quickly and efficiently. Due to my mortgage lender being picky, I had to go back to Leon to ask for a bit of additional information to go into the report to satisfy the lender. He was sympathetic and did this within a couple of days for me without any additional cost. Overall, I received a fantastic service. I had no doubts that they couldn't do the job and the turnaround was amazing. I highly recommend.
