Quality of service :  After giving John the go ahead and sending him the property agents details he arranged the survey directly with the agent confirmed the date and time in case we wished to be present, carried out the survey, rang us immediately after and emailed us the full survey report with photographs etc. the following day. We had a most helpful follow up call when we had thoroughly read and understood John's report and agreed a few minor actions to take up with the vendor and a builder. John also invited further contact if there was anything else he could help with.
Value for money :  The price was competitive if not the cheapest. The service provided and the survey report bettered expectation. The survey represented good value for money.
Professionalism :  Professional, informative, personable, easy to talk with and someone you really felt obliged to telephone to say thank you and recommend to other.
