We provide a 24-hour turnaround period on all residential EPC’s and an average turnaround of 3 days for commercial EPC’s (dependant on size and complexity of the building).

All of our assessors are fully trained, qualified and accredited by Elmhurst Energy to produce both Residential and Commercial EPC's as well as Legionella risk assessments & floor plans.
